Registration
The Endo-Neuro Meeting uses this web site for registration (see registration form). Deadline for registration is May 1, 2002. Receipt of your registration will be confirmed by an automatic e-mail. Definitive confirmation of the registration follows upon receipt of payment of the meeting fee on Postbank account 7905966 of the Endo-Neuro Meeting, K-UL402, Toernooiveld 1, 6525 ED Nijmegen. Reservations can be made definitive only when your meeting fee is received by the deadline of May 15, 2002. Please make sure that the payment is recognizable for the organizers as transferred by you as registrant. Preferably use your personal bank account since tranfers through administrative offices usually leads to anonymous 'ghost' payments. After May 1, e-mail registration will be blocked. Registration is thereafter only possible at the meeting. The on-site meeting fee is however considerably higher (see below). After May 15, hotel accommodation should be arranged by directly contacting Ms. Kitty Lamers at the Parkhotel 'De Branding'. If still available, she will offer you the room prizes as indicated below. Early registration guarantees a room in the meeting site Parkhotel De Branding. Late registration may lead to placement in Hotel Nol in 't Bosch (see site page). This hotel is close by, a shuttle service will be available between 08.00 and 12.30 h. Transport will take 10 min. Submission of abstracts Those who wish to present a poster at the meeting have to submit an English-written abstract. Poster sessions are on Tuesday June 4 (Endocrinology), on Wednesday June 5 and Thursday June 6 (Neuroscience 1 and 2) and on Friday June 7 (Cognitive and Behavioral Neurosciences). Abstracts can only be submitted electronically, deadline for the submission is April 1, 2002. Instructions on submission are provided on the instruction page. Abstracts submitted without registration of the presenting author (before May 1) will not be handled. For those that would like to present a poster during the Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience session on Friday 7, the possibility exist to alternatively present the data orally in a free communication session on that day. If you opt for this (see registration form), the program committee will make a final selection on the basis of the abstracts. You will receive an e-mail whether or not your work is selected. Schedule of the free commination session will be published on this website before 1 May 2002. Registration desk At the meeting, the registration desk will be open on Tuesday June 4 from 09.00-13.00 h, and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday June 5-7 from 08.00-13.00 h. Costs Registration fees are listed below. Prizes upon electronic registration before May 1 are also indicated on the registration form. Members of the Netherlands Society for Endocrinology are offered a discount of € 20 for the 2-day Endo package, members of the Neurofederation for the 2-day Neuro or Psycho package. Discount is enjoyed only once. Attendance for the full 4-day meeting provides an additional € 20 discount irrespective memberships. A reduced day fee is offered to predoctoral students. It requires identification with the 'collegekaart' at the registration desk during the meeting. If not shown, the routine fee is charged on the spot. Cancellation |
