Registration
Registration should preferably be done by the electronic registration form on this web site. Deadline for registration is May 1, 2001. Receipt of your registration will be confirmed by an automatic e-mail. Definitive confirmation of the registration follows upon receipt of payment of the meeting fee on the Postbank account 7905966 of the Endo-Neuro Meeting, p/a Afd. Endocrinologie en Voortplanting, Erasmus University Rotterdam, P.O. Box 1738, 3000DR Rotterdam. Only when your meeting fee is received by the deadline of May 15, reservations can be made definitive. Please make sure that the payment is identifiable for the organizers as transferred by you as registrant (the practice of handling payments through administrative offices usually gives the meeting organizers 'ghost' payments, so preferably use your personal bank account for payment). After May 1, e-mail registration will be blocked and thereafter only on site registration at the meeting is possible for meeting fees that are considerably higher (see below). Day attendance and dinners can be booked on-site at the registration desk, but for hotel accommodation you have to contact the desk of the Parkhotel 'De Branding'. After May 15, you may call Ms. Kitty Lamers at Parkhotel 'De Branding' for your direct reservations. If accommodation is available, she will offer you the room prizes as indicated below. Submission of abstracts Those who wish to present a poster at the meeting have to submit an English-written abstract. Poster sessions are on Tuesday June 5 (Endocrinology) and on Thursday June 7 (Neurosciences). Abstracts can only be submitted electronically, deadline for the submission is April 1, 2001. Instructions on submission are given on the instruction page. Abstracts submitted without registration of the presenting author (before May 1) will not be handled. Registration desk At the meeting, the registration desk will be open on Tuesday June 5 from 09.00-13.00 h, and on Wednesday and Tuesday June 6-7 from 08.30-13.00 h. Costs Registration fees are listed below. Prizes upon electronic registration before May 1 are also indicated on the registration form. Members of the Netherlands Society for Endocrinology are offered a discount of Dfl. 40 for a 2-day Endo package, members of the Neurofederation for a 2-day Neuro package. Attendance of the full meeting provides a discount as well. A reduced day fee is charged to predoctoral students. However, upon arrival at the registration desk during the meeting, the 'collegekaart' should be presented. If not shown, the routine fee is charged on the spot. Cancellation |
