INFORMATION MAIN SPEAKERS
The
organizers of the 4th Dutch Endo-neuro-Psycho meeting 2005 (ENP2005)
thank you for participating in our program. The scientific and practical
organization of your session is in the hands of a moderator, usually the
person who has invited you. Below are the conditions under which you
can participate in our meeting and the information about re-imbursements and
free attendance to the meeting.
The moderator of your session is in charge of communication about the
meeting, however, if needed, you can also approach the main organizers
via e-mail on enpmeeting@neurofederatie.nl.
Registration and abstract submission:
You are requested to register for the meeting yourself on the
website page http://www.enpmeeting.nl/enp/enp2005/form.htm before 1 May 2005. Registration is free
of charge as well as dinner and accommodation in the meeting hotel
Golden Tulip Parkhotel Doorwerth. Your registration is needed to assure the proper accommodation according
to your personal needs. Upon web
registration an automatic e-mail reply will confirm receipt, and your
registration will soon thereafter be confirmed by e-mail with
registration details. Please ignore any call for payments.
Accompanying persons should separately register for the meeting.
The costs of accompanying persons will be subtracted from any
re-imbursement sum (see below) unless the costs are paid in due time.
An abstract of your presentation should be submitted via the
website address
http://www.enpmeeting.nl/enp/enp2005/abstracts.htm. Deadline
is 1 April 2005.
Your presentation:
Presentation time includes the time for discussion. The time length of
your presentation is indicated on the program that will launched on the
web around February 15, 2005. PowerPoint facilities will be available.
Travel costs reimbursement:
How to reach the meeting site is indicated on the website of the
meeting http://www.enpmeeting.nl. Travel costs of main speakers are reimbursed as follows:
- plane tickets (APEX economy class tariff, maximum €
1200).
- train tickets (from your city and/or for Schiphol-Arnhem)
- private transportation at € 0.30 per kilometer
- taxi costs Arnhem-Doorwerth
- restitution is paid on the basis of a reimbursement
form (plus submission of copies of tickets and receipts) and the amount due is
paid into your account. There will be reimbursement forms available at
the meeting, but the organization can also send one by e-mail.
- If necessary an extra night’s accommodation can be
claimed for speakers from continents other than Europe, up to a maximum
of € 200.
